The Withdraw panel starts with Private balance. On wallet connection, Nullark asks for one private-balance unlock signature and scans encrypted onchain recovery records for that account. Decryption stays in the browser. The nullark1_... field, Import .txt, and Restore provide an optional independent bearer fallback. Screen readers announce Restore as Restore balance.

Check the network

Use the same network where the deposit was made.

Connect the same account

Select Connect wallet and choose the EOA account used to protect the deposit.

Review the unlock signature

Approve only the private-balance unlock request shown by the official app. It costs no gas and should name the active network and pool.

Read the result

Keep the page open while encrypted onchain notes are scanned. Continue when the expected ETH available amount appears, then select an available note.

Use an exported bearer fallback

  1. Paste the untouched nullark1_... note under Private balance, or choose Import .txt.
  2. Select Restore.
  3. Keep the page open while Finding private balance runs.
  4. Continue when Scan complete, Recovered, and the expected ETH available amount appear.

What the messages mean

If the balance is missing

  1. Check the visible network banner and connected wallet account.
  2. Reconnect only through the official app and review the unlock prompt.
  3. If wallet recovery finds nothing and you exported a bearer recovery note, import the untouched backup.
  4. If Finding private balance is still visible, wait. Do not select Restore again.
  5. If no bearer note was exported, or the balance remains missing after Scan complete, stop and use Troubleshooting. Do not clear browser storage or repeat the deposit.
Wallet recovery depends on exact signature-byte reproducibility. A valid wallet that returns different signature bytes can derive a different recovery key. Exporting and protecting a bearer backup adds a durable fallback; skipping it accepts that availability risk.
